Roses, roses, roses!

25th Wedding Anniversary cake..... this was a replica of their wedding cake. It took some time to make ALL those roses! If I counted right, there were 70 roses!!

Happy 25th!

6" and 8" white with strawberry filling. Made with FRESH strawberries! Fondant and buttercream. I put a silver edible dust on the 25, banner, and leaves.

Sweet Cherries

I made this cake for my sister's 14th birthday. It's a 1-layer 6" square with berry filling, and a 4" round on top.  Serves about 17.

....and this is the completed cake with elephant and her name! She kept telling me she really wanted an elephant! She's so cute!
