Carpenter Cake

This cake was made for my Dad and brother's birthday's, (May 27th and 28th) and they are both carpenter's. Bottom layer is Chocolate with Chocolate Bavarian filling, and top layer is Banana with Banana filling.

All tools are made out of gumpaste and fondant.

School House Cake

 I made this cake for my cousin, Stacy who was having a retirement party for a couple teachers. My first stacked books and 3-D school house ever. :o) It was fun, but time consuming!

The bottom book is French Vanilla with Cherry filling.

Top book is Chocolate-Banana with Chocolate Bavarian filling.

School house is Rum-Spice.

Love Wedding Cake

Th groom purposed in from of the 'LOVE' statue in NY city, so they wanted that to be part of the cake.

Peace and Daisy's Cake

I made this cake for my sister-in-laws sister's baby shower. 8" Red Velvet and 6" Key Lime.

Greg (my husband) told me i did the peace sign wrong after I had delivered the cake!! Oops!! I can't believe I did that! I guess it's more like a Mercedes logo. lol. I know for next time to do it the correct way.

Shades of pink Cupcakes

I made these Saturday for a bridal shower. French Vanilla, Chocolate Mint, and Chocolate Reese's eanut Butter. I sprayed the flowers with edible pearl spray. Sorry you can't really tell in the picture, I left my camera in my sister's van so had to take it with my phone (which isn't very good).

Dino Cake

Yellow volcano with strawberry filling. Bottom 8" tier is marble. All fondant covered. I had so much fun doing this one!! My nephew told me for months that he wanted a volcano cake with a T-Rex and a Raptor. I forgot and thought he wanted a Stegosaurus, oops! He said he still liked the dino's. Thanks Carter for dealing with your forgetful Aunt! ;o)

Doesn't really look like a Raptor, more like a Hippo. Haha!
